PAPA has developed this concept-level interior design for the New Church for Church of Our Saviour at Oatlands. The interior materials are intended to be a stained oak wood floor with white painted walls and wood trim. The proportions are based on the Golden Section, and details are incorporated in a way that will allow the sanctuary to be developed first and the rest of the church later if required. The sanctuary was designed to retain some of the sense of the intimacy of "entering the mystery" while also allowing more openness and better access for the growing congregation.
