The Rosa Family is adding a new open Kitchen / Den area on the first floor and a new Master Bedroom suite on the second floor, with a full unfinished basement below. The house combines the sensitivities of the Italian and Latvian sides of the family, with Italianate proportions and massing and the Latvian symbol of the sun in the gable end of the new addition.
