New Guest House for twelve overnight or weekend residents, with a main floor kitchen and formal dining facility, a parlor, and main office on first floor, guest rooms and bathrooms on second floor, and basement space for temporary celebration of the Sacraments until the new Chapel is built. 4,500 SF in exterior grade cladding with an emphasis on keeping within budget and, importantly, establishing the character of the Retreat Center as "sober, modest and timeless," in keeping with the Owner's vision for the Center. Work also included master planning site for two guest houses and Chapel in relation to parking and a shared green Commons space.
