Kedron Office Bldg published in book of Atlanta Architecture

The Kedron Office Bldg. 100 was recently published in a book of Atlanta's best architecture, City by Design: an architectural perspective of atlanta. While working as a consultant to Luckett Architects LLC, Eric Anderson worked closely with Mr. Steve Luckett to design the project, which was completed in 2007 in Peachtree City, GA, just south of Atlanta proper. They also developed the master plan for the project which involved an arc of interlocking courtyards and buildings sitting at the crest of dramatic slope overlooking a nature trail. The design incorporates several green design strategies such as operable windows for private offices, extensive natural daylighting, and sun-shading brise-soliel.
